One of the benefits of being connected as a team is the social support.

For many of us working at home alone, the opportunity to work and make lifelong friends at the same time is becoming more and more of a priority.
Getting together to make our working calls is enhanced by the time we spend getting to know one another. Paragon Partners is a growing team of entrepreneurs who value greatly their independence and at the same time seek the camaraderie of those who share their passion for success and excellence. We have set up a number of calls to support those who have made the commitment to
the 5 Steps for Strategic Business Planning model, Personal Coaching, and the vision beyond the limitations of working alone without a plan.

These are just a few of the calls we have on tap:

Leader’s Calls ~ Monday Morning 11:30 am ET.
Team coaching for Active Coaching clients & Paragon Partners leaders. 'Listen Only' participants are welcome to listen in. These calls will offer ongoing training, coaching & support. Paula will lead these calls with topic focus, and open leader discussion. Registration required for Paragon Partners or Personal Coaching to participate.

Live Calling ~ Daily. This is work time. Just like showing up for a workshop, customer appointment, interview or project, this is the time when everyone who shows up is ready to make calls. Participants may include: Active leaders, new active partners, team members* and listen only people.(*People who are registered for the month as a part of a Leader’s package.)
You must be registered as and active Paragon Partner to participate in these calls. Each month series runs from the 15th to the 15th. Sign UP ~ Paragon Partners in Action
Active Partner Leaders are committed to at least 10 hours per week of live calls on the conference lines.

Thursday night calls ~ Weekly support call for ALL active coaching clients, alumni and guests. This is a FREE training call offered by Paula English. Topics and hosts will vary. Email Paula@paulaenglish.com for the dial in number and pin.

5 Steps for Strategic Business Planning ~ Summer series begins Thursday June 12, 2008. This remarkable package includes 6 small group training sessions covering the 5 Steps for Strategic Business Planning, 2 Personal Coaching sessions and 2 months of Listen Only passes to the Paragon Partners live daily calling.
An excellent place to start, as well as an economical way to review basic training for Leadership. These specials are offered 2-3 times a year.

Introducing Paragon Partners
What happens when dynamic, motivated and committed people come together with focus and a purpose?
Change happens.
Increased confidence, enthusiasm, and activity are just the beginning.

During the 14 weeks of our Summer Blitz we experienced the true power of a Team in action.
Here's what we did last summer!
With the collective activity of our Blitz Leaders we have seen more activity than in many months previous.
From that activity there is an increase in spirit and confidence.
And with focused and consistent presentation of our message we are seeing direct and specific results in organizational growth.

It is important now more than ever before to continue to build on what we have begun.

Starting September 15, 2006 Paragon Partners is forming as a key Leadership group of people who are ready and committed to take this model of working together as a team forward into the next season.
Using 5 Steps for Strategic Business Planning as the model for their business plan along with the expert and often 'bossy' coaching of Paula English, this team is on the way to becoming the most successful, happy and connected group of entrepreneurs in the business.

There are several ways to participate and each option is described in detail on the sign up page.
Paragon Partners in Action

One of the key advantages to this exciting new partnership is the opportunity for people who are actively building their networking business to work on LIVE conference lines in teams with other Leaders and new partners. Cross line, cross country, cross company.

The calls will include cold calls, interviews with prospective partners, training new partners and developing customer relationships. Group coaching and team support are a part of the package.

Leaders will include Active coaching clients, graduates of the 5 Steps training series and new business partners who are working directly with Active Coaching clients.

There is also a place for Listeners; people who are not quite ready to go LIVE and want the opportunity to hear the other Leaders in action. This is a great option for people who are not Active Coaching clients, have not yet completed their 5 Steps training and are working alone in the field.

This is a monthly program and will run each month in 30 day cycles. On the 15 th of each month participants will have opportunity to sign up for the spot that best suits them for that month.
